Cramer Demolition, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an Ohio limited liability company providing demolition services throughout Akron, Canton, and Northeast Ohio. This policy explains what information cramerdemolition.com collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you enter in our estimate request form so we can get back to you about your project, and we do not sell it to anyone.

1. Information You Give Us

When you fill out the free estimate request form on this site, we receive:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any project details you choose to include, such as location, size, timeline, or specific requirements

You are never required to use the form. You can call or email us instead. If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your project.

2. Information Collected Automatically

This site does not run analytics software or advertising trackers, and it does not set its own cookies.

Three things happen automatically, as they do on nearly every website:

• Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
• Web fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy.
• Map embed. Our service area section embeds a Google Map. When that map loads, your browser connects to Google, Google receives your IP address, and Google may set its own cookies in your browser. Those cookies are Google's, not ours, and we cannot read them. See Google's privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to:

• Respond to your request and answer your questions
• Prepare and send you a free estimate
• Schedule and perform demolition work you hire us to do
• Handle permits, inspections, and utility disconnects related to your project
• Send invoices and keep business records required for tax and accounting purposes
• Follow up about a project you contacted us about

4. Calls, Texts, and Email

When you submit the form or call us, you are asking us to contact you back, and we will, by phone, text, or email, using the contact details you gave us. This is about your specific request, not a marketing list.

If we ever want to send you promotional messages, we will ask for your permission first. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply telling us. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Who Else Sees Your Information

We use ordinary business tools to run our company. Your information may pass through them only so they can do their job:

• Our website host and the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox
• Our email provider
• Our accounting, invoicing, and payment providers, if you become a customer
• Subcontractors, equipment operators, disposal facilities, engineers, and permit offices, only where needed to plan and perform work on your project
• Our insurance carrier, if a claim involves your project

Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it, such as a valid legal request, or when it is necessary to protect our legal rights.

6. How Long We Keep It

Inquiries that do not turn into jobs are kept as long as they are useful for follow-up. Customer records, contracts, permits, and invoices are kept as long as required for tax, insurance, warranty, and recordkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rochille@cramerdemolition.com or call (330) 217-5288 and we will take care of it. There is no charge. If you have privacy rights under the laws of your state or country, we will honor them.

8. Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and the accounts that hold your information are password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection. We do not collect Social Security numbers, health information, or card numbers through this website.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other Websites

This site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before giving them your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
